Payment Structure

Service calls are payable upon completion of work.

New construction or additions are payable as follows:

  • 50% at contract signing
  • 25% at rough-in completion
  • 25% at finish completion

Why so much at signing?

50% is due at contract signing to cover initial expenses such as permits and materials.
Materials typically account for 50% to 75% of new construction costs.

To get started on a new house, you will typically need to know or have available:

A house floor plan with dimensions

A lot plan to show where power will be supplied to the property

The type of heating (forced air, electric, solar, etc.).

Choice of color of devices

Outdoor lighting detached from the residence

Unique appliance installation, such as over-oven microwave or double oven, hot tub, spa, sauna, etc.

Information on detached garage or shop

Special needs or requests

Unique lighting fixtures, such as chandeliers, bathroom fan with light, and heat exhaust

Other installations

Hansen's does not install low-voltage systems, devices, panels or controls, but if requested we will provide wire to specified locations at $1,50 per linear foot of installed wire.
